Who is breath training for?

The answer is everyone.  Athletes, office workers, CEO's, contsruction workers, emergency service workers, parents, children, and anyone else who would benefit from having less anxiety, a balanced nervous system, and being less reactive and the ability to get into flow state

I'm Steven, I am a breathwork facilitator, Oxygen Advantage instructor and a boxing & fitness coach, with over 8 years experience working with everyday clients and high performing athletes.

 

With a background in boxing, endurance training and functional breathing, I specialise in helping people improve the way they breathe day-to-day- reducing anxiety, regulating their nervous system, improving sleep, and enhancing physical performance.

I have spent over 6 years studying and applying breathwork practices and am certified in the Transformational Breathing Method (TBM), Oxygen Advantage, and IMD Breathwork.

I have worked with athletes including boxers, football players, and an iron man athlete to improves Co2 tolerance, endurance and access flow states for optimal performance. 

Alongside athletic, I support clients dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, panic disorder, epilepsy, lowering heart rate and blood pressure, and improve sleeping patterns by retraining functional breathing patterns that influence the nervous system.

I started working with Steve in September 2025 and have learnt how to calm, relax and down regulate my nervous system. This is real recovery. I have lived a lot of my life in fight or flight mode, and really thought that was just me. Through changing and improving my everyday breathing habits and include a Himalayan Breath work, I can now relax more and be more present. My sleep has also improved and can visualise.
